- How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery takes between 7 and 15 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code to follow the delivery.
- Can I exchange or return my order?
Yes, you have up to 7 working days after receiving the product to request an exchange or return. See our Refund and Returns Policy for more information.
- How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible by telephone on 351 929024230 or by e-mail at info@dinobike.pt . If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and refund you. If it has already been shipped, you will need to follow the guidelines in our Refund and Returns Policy.
- Do you offer a guarantee on your products?
Yes, all products come with a factory guarantee. In the event of a defect or malfunction, please contact us and we will advise you on how to proceed.
